Pasture-Raised & Grass-Finished Beef from Cairncrest Farm in Canajoharie, NY. The 100% grass-fed and grass-finished beef that we use is sourced from Cairncrest Farm in West Winfield, New York. The owners of Cairncrest Farm, brothers Ed and Garth Brown, believe that happy cows equals better beef. The 100% grass-fed cattle are rotationally grazed on the pastures of their farm, with access to sunshine and exercise.

Farm-Fresh Organic Eggs from the happy and healthy free-range chickens at Beach Plum Farm in West Cape May, NJ and the pasture-raised, soy-free hens at Peabody Farms in Cape May, NJ.
